Cordyceps militaris Mushroom (100 g)
1. Organically Cultivated: Cultivated on organic rice and other grains supplement of veg, animal-free media components only. Average Cordycepin (COR) content (dry mass) = 8.90 mg / g., High Protein content- 36%. Fruiting Body Size (freshhly harvested)- 5-8 cm.

2. Aseptic Conditions: We maintain strict aseptic conditions and food safety standard throughout the process of cultivation, harvesting, drying and packaging at our Lab.
3. Dried at low Temperature: Freshly harvested fruiting body (moisture content approx. 85-90%) is initially dried at 34-38 deg.C to a moisture content of 11-12%. Then, dried at 50-54 degC to attain the final moisture content of 5-7%. All drying process is carried out aseptically, and air circulation is facilitated through multilayered 0.2-micron filters though out this process.
4. Stored at -20 degC: The dried fruiting body is vacuum packed as 1-2 kg batch in food grade, chemical resistant polypropylene bags and further stored at -20 degC until use.
5. Sterile Packaging: Thoroughly cleaned glass packaging bottles are sterilized in hot oven air at 180 degC for 1 hour. When cooled, these are transferred to a pre-cleaned Laminar Air Flow hood. Dried mushroom from -20 degC storage, one batch at a time, is then aseptically packed under LAF in sterile glass bottles, sealed air-tight and labelled.
These packed bottles are further stored at -20 degC until shipped.
