1. 100 mL liquid Spawn of Pleurotus species in sterile water.
2. Dilute 5X with sterile distilled water (NOT PROVIDED) to make working liquid spawn. Inoculate 1 kg sterile substrate with 10 mL of the working liquid spawn. Sufficient to inoluate 50 kg substrate.
Note: If sterile distilled water is not available, boil RO water for 30 minutes-- cool to room temperature-- use it as diluent. 
3. Easy to inulate (spray or inject) the sterile/ pasteurized substrate without manual contacts, thus eliminates the chances of contamination during inoculation.
4. Viabile upto 6 months or more when stored at 4-8 degree Celsius.
